Drop-in classes are offered as a means to cross train and re-motivate your exercise program.

Exercise is a movement, the body must learn a movement, make it an unconscious effort, then add to develop it as an exercise.  Bia Fitness creates and develops programs with a motivating and adventurous style to optimize your body's performance. 

Fitness is a continuum, it is never static.  With Bia Fitness, you will always be moving through the continuum with the latest and modern exercise concepts.

 

 

.: A Message from Krystal Say

The field of fitness has always been where I belonged. From childhood I took part in any physicalactivity or competitive sport I could and turned my passion into a career by obtaining a degree in Health and Fitness from the University of Southern Maine. 

2010 marked a milestone for me as I opened Bia Fitness, a facility centered on group programming. Bia is an enriching environment for its members defined by incorporating various training modalities such as TRX suspension training, boot camps and complimenting programing.  Bia Fitness takes participants outside of the “norm” and into a mindset of fitness as a sport.  Education is the essential component for success of all programs, remaining true to my mission.

I have always been extremely active and schedules it top priority in my life. When Im not working with with my TRX, you’ll find me on top of the water, with or without skis, or hitting the pavementtraining for my next race.

There is an inner athlete in everyone. Every person has what it takes to give that little bit more to achieve success.
